2. Client Obligations:
The client must provide all required information and materials (texts, images, videos) necessary to execute the agreed services in a timely manner.
The client is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the materials provided and guarantees they do not violate any intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
The client agrees to settle all payments by the agreed deadlines.
The client has the right to request revisions to the services delivered, as per the terms of the agreement signed between both parties.
3. Payment and Billing:
Service fees are determined based on the quotation submitted to and approved by the client.
A percentage of the total amount must be paid as an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance to be paid in installments according to project milestones.
In case of delayed payments, the Company reserves the right to suspend the project until payment is completed.
4. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights for materials created or developed by Orgwani (such as designs, code, and content) remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
Once full payment is made, ownership of final designs and content is transferred to the client.
Orgwani reserves the right to showcase completed client projects in its portfolio as examples of its previous work.
5. Confidentiality:
Both parties (the Company and the client) agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information and data exchanged during the project and not disclose it to any third party.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Orgwani strives to deliver high-quality services and the best possible outcomes. However, we do not guarantee specific results, such as ranking first on search engines or achieving a specific sales volume, as these depend on external factors beyond our control.
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the client as a result of using our Services or relying on the information provided on the website.
7. Termination of Agreement
Either party has the right to terminate the contract if the other party breaches any of its terms.
If the client terminates the agreement before project completion, the costs of work completed up to the termination date will be charged.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, will be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah.
9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions:
Orgwani reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of the website or Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
